Ingredients
- Your Portion (YP) Old Fashion Oats
- Equal portion Unsweetened Almond Milk or Raw/Filtered Milk
- (ex. 1/2 C oats, 1/2 C milk)
- 1 scoop plant based protein or if you do dairy then 100% Whey Isolated Protein Powder,
Instructions
- Mix these ingredients together in a jar or covered container (I use a mason jar).
- You have the option to add berries, cinnamon, stevia, PB2, cocoa
- Put the jar in the fridge overnight and the next day you have a fantastic cold oatmeal!! Yes, you can heat it if you want to but the ‘grab and go’ jar is perfect for mornings when you are out of time. I make 3 up at once and leave them for the week.

Notes: For protein- any flavor (addt’l scoop depending on your meal plan, you can generally use what you might already have at your house, keep it around 25G protein and 100-130 Calories per scoop).
